How long does it take to receive a structural engineering report?Understanding that our report is often critical for completion on a house purchase, we endeavour to complete the inspection and the subsequent report within 7 days from instruction (subject to access)- and often a lot quicker than this.

How much does your service cost?As structural engineers, Structural Inspections offer a number of different structural engineering services which may be of interest to you: Verbal Reports (£250*) Structural Reports (£750*) Building Renovations (from £250*) *Prices are for guidance only and exclude VAT at 20%. Final cost depends on the scope of work, site size, and location.
